Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know that I work with Mike Gokey from Ft Lauderdale. As many of you know, he is the originator of the LS conversion for 944s and 968s. Well, we want to help, misc parts - we got them, complete kits - got that also, headers (ones that work) - no problem. Email me with needs and Mike and I will assist in anyway possible. We have proven parts, proven kits (23 complete cars). Solutions for power steering, power brakes, gauges that work properly, transmissions work, shift and do not break. Just ask, we will work on the best price for you, but remember, everything that we provide is proven on racetracks and years of use.

Welcome Ernie. Glad you found us here. Feel free to post pictures of your kits and completed cars. If you would like to advertise in the venders section go for it. I'm really just running this forum as a hobby and the more info/venders the better.

Hi Ernie,

What is your solution for the drive shaft to pilot bearing engagement problem that the RH kit has had??

Most of us have found that the adapter plate bolted on the GM bell housing is too thick prohibiting the drive shaft from fully engaging with the pilot bearing which also means that the clutch plate is on the end of the drive shaft splines.

I found out the hard way . . .

Thanks

Welcome aboard!

I'm curious about your power steering solution. How do you sell it?

Power steering, we have a solution. I need to find out what you currently have and then we can modify that or we can send you the parts needed. Check your email.

We have not encountered this type of problem. I will be happy to post a complete technical description or solution. Or I will have this info on our website.

Mike Gokey completed my LS2 swap and did a great job. No RH parts used! He's an enthusiast of the LSx 924/944/968 combo, and uses them for his daily driver as well as his track beast.
