1983 944 Wanting to Convert to V8?s

I have a 1983 Porsche 944 and am looking to see who I can purchase the conversion parts through. I am new to this and don't know exactly where to go. I would like to have an overall general price of doing a conversion and my options; LT1, LS1, etc... Does any body have a video or directions of what all is needed to make a good swap?
